    Crispy almond crusted mushrooms served with sambal mayo & pickled onions in coconut vinegar

    Burnt caramelized creamy and smooth cheesecake infused with fresh Pandan leaves

    Sweet and bite-sized glutinous Pandan rice balls, filled with gula melaka (molten palm sugar),sea salt and coated in freshly grated coconut

    Keropok Bawang

    Fried onion cracker served with a fiery raw chilli sauce made with onion, lemongrass, chilli paddi mixed with kaffir lime leaves

    Grilled Okra and Sesame Hummus

    Soy-glazed grilled okra in miso & sesame hummus drizzled with kaffir lime oil

    A classic meal adored by locals and a perfect mix of flavours: Creamy, rich Pandan and coconut infused butterfly pea basmati rice, fried vegan 'ikan-bilis', roasted nuts, omelette, cucumber slices and served with our signature Sambal

OUR STORY

In Singlish, "Chope" means to reserve a seat.

Founded by Photographer and Chef duo — We cook. We ferment. We style. We create visuals. We host. Our studio cultivates opportunities that sparks exciting creative inspiration for everyone.

We’re constantly creating and experimenting with menus which combine bold flavours creating fusion dishes between British and Asian cuisine. We carefully source local produce from individual farms in Kent, creating an unique farm to chopsticks experience.

This is where design, storytelling, food and conversation all collide. At CHOPE CHOPE, you will always have a seat at our table.
